learned a lot about Los Angeles in its pass days and what was different from now to then. Fashion, Music, Technology, and Film was very different and not as technologically advanced as it is now a days. Connections I noticed between my decade from then to now a days the way people enjoy music and how that has passed on and how some of the fashion still used today and not just another part of history. For example, people still enjoy 80 music now a days they did a couple of decades ago and people still use some of the fashion that was popularly used in the 80. My favorite was the Wild Card: Music Video were we created a compilation of the type of music you would see at that time and when it was produced. The one aspect I learned the most of economy for one reason I did the research about it and two I though it was interesting how popular Los Angeles got so popular in the 1980's which of course increased the economy. Although if I could change something about the project I would change the book. Even though the book was interesting and a good story I though it was a little too long and not very engaging. The book we read was 1984 and was about a alternative version of Los Angeles where everything is controlled by the government. This related to our project because it was the same decade and has the same pop culture and was in the 80s.
